This is the deal:

I have been trying to figure out how to take everything I know about business and give it to you. The problem is, it took me 46 years to get to where I am, and I worked hard. I have read more than 1,000 books. How can I deliver a half-million pages of knowledge to you? Can I do it in just 1 year or less?

I believe I can deliver enough of what I know to make you successful. I believe that I can do it extremely efficiently. My plan has two ingredients.

First, I want to provide you with a structure. If you can see the big picture, the entire picture of how your industry operates, then everything that I teach you will make sense. You can see exactly how all of the elements fit together. You will understand why people and processes operate the way that they do in your industry. (Because, believe me, people and processes operate differently in other industries. No wonder people are so confused!) And then, I can deliver everything you need to know to be successful.

So the second ingredient is, I want to provide you with tools. What makes me so effective as a lawyer is that when delicate negotiation is required, I am a very nice person; but when someone needs a good ass kicking, I am happy to deliver. I am very flexible. I have a lot of tools, and I know how to use all of them. My life is directed by my values, so I am very consistent in doing the right thing in the right situation. My clients trust me more than anyone else they know.

You need the tools that are relevant to success in your business. I can deliver those tools, one tool at a time.
